Appointment Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact your individual service professional directly. Because each beauty professional at Haus of Beauty independently manages their own schedule and bookings, the general salon inquiry line is unable to make appointment changes.

When Your Arrive

When you arrive at the salon, your beauty professional may still be completing a treatment with another guest. We kindly ask that you take a seat in our lobby and relax. Your service professional will greet you as soon as they are ready for your appointment.
